The inaugural "President's Invitational" Hume District versus Melbourne District was held at Growling Frog on Monday 24th May - Due to an inbalance in District numbers it was decided that the event would be individual stableford with the best 30 scores  taken from each District.
Hume Captain John Peart processed the scores and graciously conceded a Melbourne victory.
"A" Grade was won by Rob Macdonald (10) from Heritage with 39 pts from Glenn James (12) Eastern with 37ts
"B" Grade was won by Loy McCarthy (18) Eastern with 39 pts from Frank Ward (18) Rosanna 38 pts
